veteran ballhawk and tackling leader in WKU’s secondary
Ta’Corian Darden is a high-impact Western Kentucky defensive back who has shown proven takeaway ability and reliable run support, with the kind of instincts coaches covet in an every-down defender. In the 2018 season, he led WKU defensive backs with 71 tackles and added 3 interceptions, and he has been described by WKU as a former walk-on who earned a scholarship and developed into one of the Hilltoppers’ top defenders. His best fit is a team that values physicality, consistency, and playmaking over pure measurables.
