Angela Vendrell is a versatile, high-motor guard who impacts winning in multiple ways
Angela Vendrell’s value is two-way versatility: in her UAB career she was a steady rebounder, distributor, and defender, and in 2019-20 she led the Blazers in rebounds, assists, steals, and tied for the team lead in blocks while starting every game. She also earned C-USA Player of the Week honors after posting just the third triple-double in UAB history, a strong indicator of a player who can tilt a game without needing plays run for her. If you need a tough, intelligent connector who does the little things and competes hard, she fits.
