Under-the-Radar WR with Untapped Potential at Eastern Illinois
Ryan James, a junior wide receiver for the Eastern Illinois Panthers, has yet to record stats in the 2020 and 2021 seasons due to limited opportunities, but his high school pedigree as a decorated Piscataway standout—earning First Team All-County, All-Area, and All-State honors as a left tackle—hints at raw athleticism and football IQ transferable to the WR spot. A 3.98 GPA National Honor Society member with coaching experience, he's a high-character, coachable prospect with size (listed at 6-3, 320 lbs from Lehigh days) and work ethic ideal for development into a possession receiver; perfect fit for teams seeking gritty, intelligent depth without injury concerns.
