Former Cincinnati QB Now a Business Leader, Not a Current Player
Dustin Grutza is not a current college or high school athlete; he was the Cincinnati Bearcats quarterback from 2005–2008, earning BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week in 2008 with 329 yards and surpassing 4,000 career passing yards. His differentiators include elite pro-style mechanics, high football intensity, and a business-minded personality that led him to graduate with an MBA and launch CraftForce, a skilled-trades recruitment firm. He has no recent injury history as he is no longer playing. You should care about Grutza for his legacy as a record-setting Bearcat QB and his impactful off-field career. He is not a fit for any current team since he is retired from football.
