Marcus Tarrance gives Middle Tennessee a steady two-way guard with scoring pop
Marcus Tarrance is a usable rotation guard for Middle Tennessee who brings modest scoring production, plus rebounding and disruptive defense for his position; in the season reflected by ESPN, he averaged 5.7 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 0.7 assists while shooting 38.5% from the field[3]. His appeal is less about volume and more about versatility and effort: Middle Tennessee’s roster notes show he has posted games with 18 points and 6 rebounds, and historically he’s contributed steals and assists, suggesting a guard who can impact both ends when his shot is falling[1][5].
