Fred Recio brings steady interior toughness to Morehead State’s defensive front
Fred Recio is a **reliable, physical DL** for Morehead State who showed steady production in the 2024 season, appearing in nine games and finishing with **21 total tackles, 6 solo tackles, and 1 tackle for loss**[6]. His fit is strongest as a dependable interior presence rather than a splash-play specialist: the value is in his size, workmanlike snap consistency, and ability to hold ground in the trenches[3][4][6]. That makes him the kind of player a staff can trust for assignment discipline and effort, especially if it wants toughness over flash[6].
