Purdue’s track-speed wideout who brings versatility and veteran polish
Malcolm Dotson is a former Purdue wide receiver who finished his Boilermaker career as more of a depth and special-teams contributor than a stat-sheet star, appearing in 12 games in 2018 and 9 in 2017 while also running track for Purdue. In the 2023 Purdue media guide, he’s listed as a 2016-19 WR, and his track background stands out: he posted elite relay marks and sprint times that hint at real long-speed. If you value experience, straight-line burst, and multi-sport athleticism, he’s the kind of athlete whose upside comes from traits, not flashy receiving numbers.
