experienced Florida linebacker with a low-profile, team-first profile
R.J. Raymond is a depth linebacker for Florida whose value comes more from reliability and experience than box-score production; available stats show limited recent impact, including 2 solo tackles on ESPN and 1 tackle in the Fanstake data, with no sacks, interceptions, or forced fumbles. He fits best as a developmental or support piece rather than a headline-grabbing playmaker, and his appeal is that he brings a steady, familiar presence in the room without demanding the ball—useful if your team wants toughness, preparation, and role acceptance over flash.
