Veteran power back whose Florida impact has been derailed by injuries
Cam Carroll entered Florida as a big-bodied, experienced runner with a proven Tulane track record, including 1,638 rushing yards and 19 touchdowns in five seasons before arriving in Gainesville. But his Florida stint has been defined more by availability than volume: he missed the 2023 season with a knee injury and, in 2024, saw action in just one game with three carries for one yard. The fit is clear on paper — physical, downhill depth with veteran toughness — but the medical history makes him a high-risk, low-volume add.
