Elon Phoenix Freshman DB with Transfer Buzz, Not Howard DL
No Anthony Hart currently plays DL for Howard Bison; closest match is Tony Hart III, a 6'2", 206-lb freshman safety at Elon Phoenix who posted 20 tackles (15 solo) in limited 2024 action but shines on special teams per PFF data. Withdrew from 2026 transfer portal, signaling commitment—his Baltimore grit, high school pedigree (26-0 team record), and athletic upside make him a versatile DB prospect worth watching for teams needing coverage intensity and special teams reliability, though raw stats suggest developmental fit over immediate starter.
