Virginia Tech LB with Solid Tackling Pedigree from 2018 Glory Days
Rico Kearney, a Virginia Tech Hokies linebacker, built his reputation with consistent defensive production during the 2018 season—check ESPN for his full game logs showing tackles and key stops—but has no visible stats or updates post-2018, suggesting he may no longer be active in college play as of 2026. His strengths lie in reliable run defense and football IQ, making him a steady, high-motor fit for teams needing blue-collar intensity without flash; low injury history adds reliability, though lack of recent rankings or buzz means he's not a current star to chase.
