Wesley Sutton brings proven tackling production and veteran safety instincts to Northern Arizona
Wesley Sutton’s profile is built on **reliable run support and ball production**, with Northern Arizona noting that he started all 11 regular-season games at strong safety and finished second on the team with **8 pass breakups** in his 2017 season[7]. He also showed he can handle volume and make impact plays over a full college career, with 96 solo tackles, 56 assisted tackles, and 4 interceptions in 42 games for NAU[3]. The biggest differentiator is his experience and physicality at safety—useful if you need a defender who plays with urgency, diagnoses quickly, and fits a system that values sure tackling and secondary versatility[4][7].
