NM State Tackling Machine from 2010-11 Era
Boyblue Aoelua, a hard-nosed inside linebacker from American Samoa, exploded in the 2010 season for New Mexico State with 75 tackles (3rd on team, 17th in WAC at 6.4 per game), including a monstrous 16-tackle opener vs. San Diego State and 4.5 TFLs—showcasing relentless intensity and consistency (5+ tackles in 9/12 games). His physicality and solo-stop prowess (30 solos) made him a defensive anchor, though career faded post-2011 with no recent pro or college stats by 2026. Ideal for teams needing gritty, high-motor LBs in run-heavy schemes, but verify current fitness.
