Reliable, assignment-sound Gophers WR with proven special-teams value
Clay Geary has been a dependable Minnesota contributor whose game is built on trust, toughness, and versatility rather than flashy volume; in the 2022 season, he played all 13 games, caught 6 passes for 85 yards and a touchdown, and also worked as a kick returner. Listed at 5-10, 200, he brings a compact frame, veteran experience, and academic discipline, with multiple Academic All-Big Ten honors. He fits best as a steady depth receiver and special-teams piece who can execute, stay ready, and help a roster without needing designed touches to matter.
