Kameron Beck brings big-bodied pop and a blue-chip freshman résumé to Oregon State
Beck enters Oregon State after a decorated Utah prep career: he was Utah’s 6A Player of the Year, hit .412 as a senior with 12 doubles, 9 home runs, 29 RBI, and 16 stolen bases in the 2026 prep cycle, and also earned three straight all-state selections. The draw here is clear—he’s a strong, right-handed infield bat with real physicality (6-2, 240) and enough athleticism to keep defenses honest, plus he chose OSU for the program’s development culture. He’s the kind of guy who can grow into a middle-of-the-order bat if the contact and positional fit keep progressing.
