Emerging FIU RB with Gritty 1.5 YPC Start and High-Intensity Drive
Chance Attaway, the #28 RB for FIU Panthers, is a high-intensity, gritty prospect who posted 15 carries for 22 yards (1.5 AVG) in the 2024 season with zero TDs, signaling a raw but determined foundation rather than a polished stat line. His differentiator isn’t yardage but his relentless intensity and personality—described by local analysts as a 'workhorse' who thrives in pressure despite early struggles. No known injury history, but his low production suggests he’s still developing explosiveness. He’s a good fit for teams valuing effort over flash, though not yet a top-tier fit for elite backfields. Care about him because his growth trajectory could surprise if he unlocks his speed.
