a Wisconsin linebacker with Badger toughness and local roots
Ring-Noonan is a Madison native and Wisconsin linebacker listed at 5-foot-10, 215 pounds, giving him a compact, sturdy frame that fits a physical, gap-sound role[1]. The Badgers’ roster notes him as a redshirt junior, but there is no recent stat line in the available team bio, so the clearest takeaway is that he brings familiarity, toughness, and program loyalty rather than headline-grabbing production[1]. For a team that values smart, reliable defenders who know the culture, he looks like a steady fit[1].
