Kivon Wright brings high-upside pass-rush juice and physical edge to Boise State
Wright enters Boise State as a disruptive, high-motor front-seven defender whose recruiting profile and high school production point to a player built on explosiveness and backfield impact: as a senior at Manvel, he posted 23 tackles, 7 tackles for loss, 6 sacks and 13 quarterback hurries in just six games, while being rated a three-star recruit by 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals. His value is his ability to create negative plays, not just collect stats, making him a strong fit for a defense that wants pressure, urgency and toughness off the edge.
