NBA Pro (Phoenix Suns) — Not a Current Duke Athlete
Luke Kennard is not a current Duke Blue Devil; he played at Duke from 2015–2017 and is now an NBA guard for the Phoenix Suns (2025–26 season: 8.4 PPG, 2.3 REB, 2.2 AST)[8]. His differentiators are elite shooting (43.8% from three as Duke’s sophomore, 85.6% FT)[6], polished off-ball movement, and high-intensity professionalism—he’s the first Pistons player to post 20+ pts/7 reb/4 ast in under 20 minutes[6]. While he’s a reliable 3-and-D wing with clutch pedigree, he’s not available for college recruitment; for an NBA team, he’s a low-cost, high-efficiency bench scorer who fits well behind primary wings.
