Mike Bacon gives Michigan State a big, steady center with veteran size
In the 2026 season, Mike Bacon is listed by Michigan State at 6-foot-4 and 305 pounds as a senior center/OL, which screams interior power and experience rather than flash[1]. His biggest value is stability: a veteran body in the middle, built to anchor protection and help the Spartans stay on schedule in the trenches[1]. The main question is whether his game matches the physical profile at a high enough level for a power-run, communication-heavy offensive line, but the roster slot and senior status suggest a trusted, ready-to-play piece[1].
