Evan Bishop brings veteran defensive-line grit to San Diego
Evan Bishop is a San Diego Toreros defensive lineman who profiles as a sturdy, experienced edge presence rather than a flashy stat monster, with roster listings showing him as a 6-3, 240-pound junior competing at defensive end. The best fit here is a team that values motor, physicality, and depth on the line: his appeal is the kind you feel on film more than in box scores, though publicly available 2026 stat detail is limited. For a coach, he looks like a dependable trench piece with development upside and a blue-collar temperament.
