Northwestern State transfer Josh Landrum brings veteran DB instincts and tackling reliability
Josh Landrum is a seasoned defensive back who has shown steady production across multiple stops, including 11 tackles in 7 games for Lamar in the 2023 season and 7 tackles with 2 pass breakups during his 2020 season at Northwestern State. His differentiators are experience, versatility, and a proven ability to contribute in coverage and run support rather than flashy ball-hawking numbers. He also brings a competitive résumé from high school and early college days, suggesting a player coaches can trust in rotation or on special teams.
