Indiana State linebacker with an upside profile
Ratliff is a linebacker to watch because his value will hinge on play speed, tackling consistency, and special-teams impact more than box-score flash; Indiana State’s roster listing confirms his current status with the Sycamores, but the available public data does not yet provide enough verified production to quantify his 2026 role or rankings.[1] For a team, that usually means a development-minded fit: someone whose appeal is in traits, effort, and depth value rather than a proven stat line right now.[1]
