Stetson Hairston’s game is built on defense, toughness, and winning pedigree
Stetson Hairston stood out at Southern Illinois as a rugged 6-3 guard known for taking the toughest defensive assignment, with reports describing him as the Salukis’ stopper who could guard bigger or quicker players and still chip in offensively. In his Southern Illinois career, he helped fuel a 104-28 run with four MVC titles and four NCAA Tournament trips, while also finishing with 1,000-plus points and 500 rebounds and earning All-Conference and All-Defense honors. If you want a guard who brings edge, versatility, and buy-in over box-score flash, he’s your guy.
