Kaylee Hughes brings veteran guard grit and McNeese pedigree
Kaylee Hughes is a 5-11 guard whose game is defined more by championship DNA and toughness than flashy box-score volume: her McNeese bio notes she won two high school state titles, four district MVPs, and a Class B state MVP in 2018. Her college statistical footprint appears limited, so the appeal is in what she can add around the margins—maturity, competitive edge, and a guard’s feel from a winning background. She looks like a fit for a team that values steadiness, defense, and leadership.
