Ohio’s Emerging RB with Grit, Speed, and Spring Flashes
Jayson White, the Ohio Bobcats’ running back from Erie, PA, is gaining attention for his spring performance showing flashes of elite speed and intensity. Though his 2025 stats (7 carries, 18 yards, 0 TDs) are modest, his differentiator is raw intensity and a high work rate that doesn’t always show in box scores. He has no known injury history, and coaches note his personality as driven and team-oriented. White is a strong fit for teams seeking a hungry, developing RB with upside. Why care? He’s the quiet grinder who could breakout in 2026.
