Loic Fouonji brings vertical speed and big-play upside to Vanderbilt’s receiver room
Fouonji is a legit deep-threat wideout whose calling card is instant acceleration and the ability to get on top of defensive backs in a hurry, making him dangerous on vertical shots and explosive-play concepts. In the 2024 season, he played in all 13 games for Vanderbilt and caught 12 passes for 187 yards, after four seasons at Texas Tech. He was also rated among the stronger receiver prospects in his class, including No. 52 at WR by ESPN and No. 53 by 247Sports Composite, which fits a profile of an outside receiver who can stretch the field and change coverages.
