veteran Villanova DB with proven ball skills and steady cover chops
Salim Koroma’s calling card is reliability in coverage: Villanova’s roster bio says he has good cover skills and is in the mix to battle for a starting cornerback job, which is exactly the kind of gritty, coach-trusting profile teams want at DB. His upside is less about flash and more about instincts, composure, and being where the ball is when plays tighten up. For a team needing a dependable defensive back who can compete for snaps and add depth right away, Koroma looks like a solid fit.
