compact Rhode Island back with special-teams juice and burst
Mudimbi profiles as a tough, low-frills RB who brought compact size, quick burst, and special-teams value to Rhode Island; in 2012 he appeared in three games as a reserve back and finished with 12 carries for 27 yards and one catch for 4 yards, while earlier CAA recognition highlighted his explosive 32-yard special-teams play. He looks like a fit for teams that want a physical, multi-role depth piece who can chip in on coverage and bring energy, even if he isn’t a headline volume runner.
