Sandra Vaitkute, the 6'2" Center for Gardner-Webb, stands out as the team's top rebounder with 7.0 boards per outing in the 2025-26 season, showcasing relentless intensity and a physical presence that disrupts opponents' interior play. While official stats for the current season are limited on some platforms, her consistent double-figure scoring contributions and leadership in the paint make her a high-fit defensive anchor for any team seeking a tough, battle-tested center. Known for her gritty personality and unyielding effort, Vaitkute brings more than numbers—she brings a 'never-back-down' mentality that elevates her team's defensive identity, even in losses like the 64-52 Big South finale against Winthrop.
