Experienced, steady backcourt piece with little verified public data
Donta Watson is listed by On3 as a 5-foot-10 senior point guard from North Platte, Nebraska, but reliable public reporting on his San Jose State role, production, and scouting profile is limited, so he reads more as a low-profile depth guard than a widely tracked impact player. Based on the available info, the fit question comes down to whether a team wants an experienced, likely ball-handling-oriented guard who can provide continuity and competition, rather than a proven high-major stat producer.
