promising UTRGV guard still building her collegiate résumé
Mallory Gibson is a **young guard** at UTRGV whose current profile is more about **potential than production**: the official roster notes she redshirted in 2019-20 and made her collegiate debut in 2020-21, so there is limited public game data to judge her impact from the available sources.[2] She is worth watching if you value a player who is still developing inside a program and may offer upside as a backcourt piece, but the current evidence does not yet show verified stat-led differentiation or ranking value at the college level.[2]
