Savannah State’s Devine Noel: sturdy, compact RB with a power frame
Devine Noel is a 5-foot-10, 210-pound sophomore running back for Savannah State from Albany, Georgia, giving the Tigers a thicker, downhill option in the backfield[2]. His profile suggests a bruising build that can hold up through contact and help in short-yardage work, while ESPN lists him on the active Savannah State roster as a running back[1][2]. Publicly available current game production and stat-leader data are limited, so the clearest takeaway is fit: Noel looks like a physical, depth-chart-building back for a team that values toughness and ball-carriage over flash[1][2].
