Ball-hawking cornerback with proven playmaking upside
Adeyemi’s calling card is **playmaking**: at San Diego he earned PFL Defensive Player of the Week honors after a two-interception game, including a 54-yard pick-six, and the Toreros noted he had five interceptions that season. He was also part of a defense that shut out Morehead State 34-0, and his later pro success in Japan—where he helped Fujitsu reach the Japan X Bowl in each of seven seasons and finished as a career interception leader—adds context for a defender with instincts, confidence, and a nose for the ball. He fits a team that values takeaways, experience, and a competitive, championship-tested mindset.
