Brette Gertonson brings Northwestern State a versatile, battle-tested guard with deep school roots
Brette Gertonson is a Northwestern State guard whose name already carries some Lady Demons history, and that kind of program familiarity usually translates into quick trust and good on-court feel. The available team roster confirms her current role with the Lady Demons, but recent public stat detail is limited, so the real takeaway is fit: a guard who can help with poise, continuity, and system knowledge. For a team that values tough, connected basketball and someone who won’t blink under pressure, she looks like the kind of player coaches appreciate more than box scores do.
