Jaymes Brooks brings veteran, powerful right-guard value to Virginia Tech
Jaymes Brooks is a proven interior lineman with real pedigree: in the 2010 season he earned second-team All-ACC honors and was part of a Virginia Tech front that coaches and evaluators described as strong, athletic, and increasingly consistent. He started 42 straight games for the Hokies, which screams reliability, and his game has long been defined by pop at the point of attack and comfort in Hokies blocking schemes. If a team wants a tough, experienced guard who can move people in the run game, Brooks is a fit.
