Jordan Gay brings usable leg strength and multi-phase kicking value for Murray State
In his Murray State stint, **Jordan Gay** showed a compact, team-helpful profile: he averaged **50.8 yards on 13 kickoffs**, handled **six punts for a 43.2-yard average** with a **58-yard long**, and went **3-for-4 on extra points**[1]. That mix suggests a kicker who can contribute in several special-teams roles rather than just one, which matters for roster flexibility[1]. For a team, the appeal is the versatility and baseline leg strength; the main question is whether he can turn that into more consistent week-to-week production under pressure.
