Liberty’s steady snap specialist with hometown roots
Mark Lucado is a long snapper for Liberty with a built-in advantage teams love: low-drama, high-trust consistency in a specialist role that only gets noticed when it goes wrong. The available public info is thin on snap counts and performance stats, but his roster profile shows he’s a local product from Lynchburg, Virginia, which can hint at comfort, fit, and program familiarity. For a team, the appeal is simple: dependable execution, special-teams stability, and a player whose value shows up in field position, not box scores.
