Fast, disruptive UMass LB with pass-rush upside
Farris profiles as a **speed-and-quickness** linebacker who can create value as an **outside pass rusher**, giving UMass a more disruptive edge than a typical plug-and-play tackler. UMass describes him as “very speedy and quick” and specifically notes his potential impact rushing from the outside linebacker spot, while ESPN lists him as an active linebacker in the Minutemen program. That combination makes him a fit for a defense that wants range, burst, and pressure off the edge rather than a pure downhill thumper.
