UConn’s Automatic-Feeling Kicker with Big-Game Range
In the 2025 season, Chris Freeman has been one of UConn’s most reliable weapons, hitting 88.5% of his field goals and a perfect 100% of his extra points while scoring 121 points, which is elite production for a specialist. He followed a strong 2024 season at UConn, where he led the team with 109 points, made 20 of 26 field goals, and went perfect on 49 PATs, including a school-record-tying four field goals against Buffalo. Freeman’s calling card is consistency under pressure, plus proven range—he has converted from 53 yards and earned preseason Lou Groza Award watch-list recognition. If you need a calm, high-end kicker with clutch upside, he fits.
