Caden Robinson brings experience, strike-throwing, and a steady starter profile for Memphis
In the 2025 season, Memphis right-hander Caden Robinson worked mostly as a starter, finishing with 35 innings, 29 strikeouts, and a 5.91 ERA across 11 appearances, while his 2024 season featured 61 innings and 43 strikeouts in 14 starts. He’s a senior with real Friday-to-Sunday starter experience, and his value is less about overpowering velocity and more about competitiveness, pitch mix, and giving Memphis innings against tough lineups. Scouts and previews have described him as a fastball/slider/cutter/curveball arm who can keep working, but he’s best viewed as a solid, battle-tested college arm rather than a pure bat-misser.
