rangy, versatile Cougar linebacker with proven tackling instincts
Chester Su'a brings a multi-sport, do-everything background and a reputation for versatility to Washington State; at Kaimuki he starred on both sides of the ball, and at WSU he has produced as a tackling presence with 28 solo stops and 1 sack in ESPN’s listed stats. He stands out for his downhill energy, willingness to play through contact, and experience as a former high-impact runner and defender, which usually shows up in his physicality and feel for space. The fit? If a defense wants a tough, instinctive linebacker who plays with edge and can do a little of everything, Su'a is an easy yes.
