Tyler Roberts brings veteran edge and steady pass-rush experience to Troy
A senior DE for Troy in the 2026 season, Tyler Roberts is a 6-foot-2, 240-pound Hoover, Alabama product whose value shows up in experience, toughness, and positional versatility rather than splashy box-score hype.[1] Troy’s roster lists him as a senior defensive end, and his long tenure in the program suggests a dependable, coachable piece who can fit a rotation or larger role if your team needs a disciplined edge defender with local-rooted grit.[1]
