FAU’s Proven Edge-Rusher With a Program-Record Résumé
Ramon Rickards is a Florida Atlantic defensive end whose legacy still pops: in the 2001-03 seasons, he piled up 15.5 sacks, good for third on FAU’s all-time list, and he also showed he could flash as a disruptive, all-around playmaker with tackles for loss, an interception, and forced fumble production. He’s the kind of edge defender you want if you value burst, toughness, and backfield disruption over empty hype—plus FAU’s own historical notes describe him as a quick, strong “big play maker.”
