Delaware State’s developmental DL prospect with track speed and upside
Kimani Smith profiles as a **high-upside defensive line piece** for Delaware State, but the available public football data is thin, so the best read is that he’s a developmental athlete rather than a proven stat producer. What stands out is the multi-sport profile: his track marks suggest **good straight-line athleticism** for a big-body player, which can translate into burst and pursuit effort on the line. For a team, that makes him interesting if you value raw tools, coachability, and projection over finished production.
