FSU's Special Teams Sparkplug Turned Reliable DB Reserve
Joe Lang, the Florida State Seminoles defensive back, burst onto the scene in 2021 as Special Teams Newcomer of the Year, appearing in 11 games with 4 tackles (0.5 for loss) while showcasing elite return skills honed from his high school California state record of 5 punt return TDs in a season. His speed, ball-hawking instincts, and high-motor play make him a differentiator on coverage units—perfect for teams needing versatile depth at DB with proven big-play potential and no notable injury history. Watch for his breakout in rotational snaps.
