Jordan Mickey is an elite rim protector with NBA-caliber length and shot-blocking instincts
Jordan Mickey’s calling card is his defense: at LSU, he led the NCAA in blocks in the 2014-2015 season with 113, and his 6'8" frame plus quick timing made him a disruptive shot eraser in the paint.[6][1] He was a top-30 recruit coming out of high school and later became a second-round NBA draft pick, which signals real upside and pro-level tools.[5][1] If you need a high-motor forward who changes shots, finishes around the rim, and brings interior toughness, he fits; if you want a polished perimeter scorer, that is not his lane.[3][6]
