Chike Nwankwo brings veteran, versatile LB depth to Liberty
Chike Nwankwo is a battle-tested linebacker whose value shows up in the little things: he has Power 5 experience from Rutgers, logged 43 tackles and 4 tackles for loss in 11 games at Abilene Christian in the 2022 season, and was described by coaches as athletic, physical, and able to play both in space and in the box. He also arrives with a reputation for high character and humility, which fits a program looking for dependable, plug-and-play defensive toughness.
