Presley Lawton brings speed, versatility, and Oregon pedigree to the Ducks
In the 2026 season, Presley Lawton has been used mainly as a pinch runner for Oregon, and that usage tells you a lot: she is trusted for quickness, pressure baserunning, and late-game value more than volume stats. The North Medford product was rated as the No. 3 overall prospect in Oregon and first at her position by Softball Northwest, and she was a two-time first-team all-conference catcher in high school. If a team wants an energetic, athletic C/UTL who can change innings with her legs and provide roster flexibility, she fits the bill.
