Northern Arizona’s paint-protecting force with record-level shot blocking
Sturing’s calling card is rim protection: Northern Arizona’s record book says she blocked 143 shots across her four-year Lumberjack career, a program standard that speaks to elite timing, length, and defensive presence. She also showed enough two-way impact to be a steady interior anchor, including being listed among the team’s scoring contributors in season-era box scores and historical stat leaders. If you want a center who changes how opponents attack the lane and brings toughness without needing touches, she’s the kind of fit that quietly upgrades a defense.
